Each year, the public gets two minutes to share their story with legislators who decide how the State's budget will be spent.
At 1 p.m on February 25, legislators on Delaware's Joint Finance Committee (JFC) will need to hear from those of us who care for people with I/DD to make them aware of the continuing need to fund the services and resources our community desperately needs.
